How Amp Dynamic got started
Amp Dynamic was formed in July 2023 after direct experience operating venture-backed software. Through that experience, we learned that growth without durability creates fragility, funding does not replace product-market fit, systems matter more than narrative, and ownership matters more than optics.
Rather than chase external validation, Amp Dynamic was built around control, cash-flow discipline, long-term ownership, and technical rigor, with the long-term vision of building a portfolio of durable software assets.
